It's funny, that's how my professional bio starts off. Truth be told, it leaves out the hurt I had to get through to get here.
Low self-esteem. An abusive marriage. Mommy issues. Never knowing my father. Rejection. Depression. Suicidal thoughts. Raising my son on my own. Homelessness. Self-sabotage. Being the misfit in every room.
That's not a sob story. That's my superpower.
I'm not just talking about the good life. I'm living it. And I'm pulling everybody up with me.
