WHO AM I
I am not your typical coach.
Grade school in Japan. High school in Spain and California. 24 years of military service and federal contracting. I was getting the jobs. That was never the problem. I was tired of the mask, tired of faking the funk, tired of pushing a system I didn't believe in. So I took it off and started something I could be passionate about every single day.
That's how my professional bio starts. Truth be told, it leaves out the hurt I had to walk through to get here.
Low self-esteem. An abusive marriage. Mommy issues. Never knowing my father. Rejection. Depression. Suicidal thoughts. Raising my son on my own. Homelessness. Self-sabotage. Being the misfit in every room.
That's not a sob story. That's my superpower.
I'm not just talking about the good life. I'm living it. And I'm pulling everybody up with me.
The Reports
Different name. Different city. Same ending. That's not bad luck, HoneyBun. That's a pattern. And a pattern can be named.

I made up my own words. Because the old ones kept me small.
01. CHOICES
Constantly Having Opportunities to Increase, Change and Empower Self. "Everybody has a choice to make. The smart ones take the opportunity." This is not a program you finish. It's how you live. And it starts the minute you decide you're worth more than the life you've been settling for.
02. WOW FACTOR
Operating from such a deep place of self love that you stop auditioning. You attract what you deserve because you finally decided what that is. "If somebody read your label, would they want what is in there?" That thing you feel inside that you can't quite name? That's your WOW FACTOR. I've been saying it for years and I'm gonna keep saying it. Stop apologizing for who you are. Show up as ALL of it. Without permission from anybody.
03. DONE DUMMIFYING
Making yourself smaller so everybody else stays comfortable. Playing down, playing along, playing small. "You're not tired, HoneyBun. You're dummified." Catching it and doing something about it is DONE DUMMIFYING. That one's ongoing. I still catch myself.
