Hey honeybuns. It's your girl, LaTonya MeChelle. Let me be real with you before you read anything else. I am not your typical coach, and this is not your typical coaching experience.
I am a Love and Life Coach, Media Personality, Talk Show Host, Magazine Publisher, and Speaker, and I built everything you see here from scratch. Not just a brand, but a whole life that I had to fight for, figure out, and sometimes just survive long enough to see the other side of.
Before any of this, I served. I gave approximately 12 years to the United States Air Force, active duty and reserves, and later worked as a government contractor before I followed my heart into the work I do now. So when I talk to you about discipline, about survival, about rebuilding yourself from the ground up when everything says quit, I am not speaking in theory. I have lived every bit of it. I know what it is to serve something bigger than yourself, to hold it together under pressure, and to still come home and have to face the person in the mirror.
Yes, I am trained. But what makes me different is not a certification on a wall. It is that I have lived it. Low self esteem. An abusive marriage. Never knowing my father. Rejection. Depression and the kind of thoughts that told me to quit. Raising my child on my own. Homelessness. Walking away from things that looked right from the outside but were quietly destroying me on the inside. Being the misfit in every room. I have been through it, and because of that, there is not much you can bring to me that I cannot sit in with you, because I have already been there myself.
That is not a sob story. That is my superpower.
My mission is simple and I make no apologies for it. To help you live boldly, love freely, and show up as the most authentic and powerful version of yourself. And I do not just say that. I live it every single day, and I pull everyone around me up with me.
I work with anybody who is ready. Not just couples. Not just executives. Not just people who have it mostly together and need a tune up. I mean anybody. The everyday hero who keeps pushing even when everything is working against them. The professional who looks successful on the outside but privately feels stuck and empty. The person who wakes up every morning with that quiet feeling that something is missing and something more is waiting for them. The one who has been running on survival mode so long they forgot what it feels like to actually live. The one who is tired of being tired, tired of shrinking, tired of showing up as the watered down version of themselves just to keep everyone else comfortable.
That thing you feel inside that you cannot quite name, that is your WOW FACTOR waiting on you. But before you can walk in it, you have to do the work, and that work is the CHOICES Lifestyle. Constantly Having Opportunities to Increase, Change and Empower Self. It is not a program you complete. It is a way of living that starts the moment you decide you are worth more than the life you have been settling for. The CHOICES Lifestyle is the practice. The WOW FACTOR Mindset is what you step into on the other side of it, when you stop apologizing for who you are and start showing up as all of it, without asking anyone's permission.
When you work with me, you work with me wherever you are. If you are here in Texarkana, we sit face to face. If you are anywhere else in the world, we meet online, and the work is exactly the same. I have worked with honeybuns across the country and beyond, and distance has never once changed the depth. The intimacy is in the conversation, not the room.
I am not here to hold your hand. I am here to hold up the mirror and tell you the truth about what I see. Because what I see in you is almost always so much more than what you have been allowing yourself to believe.

I am the Host of the Love and Happiness Talk Show and the Editor in Chief of LoveChology Magazine. I have been a red carpet interviewer, a TV sports analyst, and a radio personality on The Sunday Show on KTOY FM 104.7. Behind the microphone, in front of the camera, or putting words on the page, I bring the same thing every time. Boldness, authenticity, and a presence that makes people stop and pay attention.

This one is close to my heart. Eye Love Me Inc. is my nonprofit, born from lived experience, and it exists to make sure no veteran suffers in silence, no teenager grows up without knowing their worth, and no one coming home from prison has to rebuild alone. We walked these roads ourselves and made it through, and now the mission is to walk them with others.
