I created this space separate from my business platforms (The LME Brand at thelmebrand.com and LME Media at lmemedia.com) because I needed room to breathe, to be raw, and to speak without boundaries.
While I love what my team and I have built professionally, I recognize that I serve different audiences. Some want the polished services my businesses offer. Others? They're ready for this side of me—the unfiltered, unapologetic, no-excuses version.

My philosophy is simple but life-changing:
