VA DISABILITY FILING ASSISTANCE

Most are unaware that they are eligible for entitlements or have been rejected because they didn't know how to properly file.  Most don't know that their current health issue is related to their military service.  Most are satisfied with their denials and don't even think about resubmitting.  Most don't know that they are allowed to ask for an increase.

We take a closer look at our client's health from the first day of boot camp to their current situation and figure out what's actually military related. We then develop a list of potential disabilities that may have been overlooked previously, and go to work at connecting them with time in the military so that they may receive their proper rating.  Our team of Veteran Coaches are also equipped and ready to assist those who are looking for answers that they can't seem to find from within.

Our goal is to assist our clients in seeing their own value and getting what they deserve.  Nothing will ever change what happened during their military time but we can work with them to bring them a new sense of freedom.

Keep in mind, we charge a fee for our services as we spend an hour discussing any issues you may have encountered throughout your entire career up to your current state of health. Our line of questioning may bring to light experiences that you may have forgotten or deliberately pushed to the back of your mind to avoid trauma. By the end of our session, you will have gained more knowledge than when we began, and you will be able to complete the form on your own if you choose. We will also provide you with a recorded copy of our conversation for your records.

After our one-on-one session, you will have the option to complete the form yourself or have our team continue to assist you in submitting it. If you choose to have us continue, an initial one-time fee will be required upfront.

PTSD LIFE COACHING

Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a psychiatric disorder that may occur in people who have experienced or witnessed a traumatic event such as a natural disaster, a serious accident, a terrorist act, war/combat, or rape or who have been threatened with death, sexual violence or serious injury.  PTSD is very common in those who have served in the military.  Most live their lives knowing that things have changed since their military service but have no idea what they are dealing with is PTSD.

In addition to our disability filing assistance, EyeServed provides valuable Life Coaching services specifically tailored to individuals coping with PTSD and offers support for transitioning to civilian life after the military. We understand that these aspects of post-service life can present unique challenges, and our experienced team is dedicated to providing guidance and assistance.

We are not Therapists, we have a dedicated team of Life Coaches who understand and know what dealing with PTSD is like.

To determine if our services align with your needs, we offer a complimentary initial consultation. This consultation serves as an opportunity for us to understand your specific requirements and for you to assess whether our team is the right fit for your needs. We value the importance of establishing a strong rapport and mutual understanding in order to provide effective support.

“I have spent the better part of 25 years trying to gain my disability status with all denials. I have a difficult situation. LaTonya started working on my case. It took some time but they were able to get my VA service connection. She knows what to do. I now have service connected disability due to LaTonya's efforts on my behalf. I recommend her to any vet I talk to about gaining the benefits you deserve. She have been a real Partner in this struggle. Mad love for her!! I appreciate LaTonya!"
