I Brought LoveChology Back. Here Is Why It Could Not Wait Any Longer.

The Rebirth Issue drops in May and this one is personal.

Hey Honeybuns.

Let me be honest with you. The way I always am.

LoveChology Magazine has been sitting in me for a while. Not gone. Not forgotten. Just waiting. Waiting for the right moment. Waiting until I had the clarity, the capacity and honestly the courage to bring it back the way it deserves to come back.

That moment is now.

The Rebirth Issue of LoveChology Magazine drops in May 2026 and I am telling you, this one feels different. Because I am different. Because I built it differently. Because I finally understand what this magazine is supposed to be in the world.

I got there now.

Why I Created LoveChology in the First Place

I created LoveChology because I looked around and I did not see a space where people could talk about love the way real people actually experience it. Not the fairy tale version. Not the toxic version either. The real, complicated, beautiful, heartbreaking, redemptive, sexy, evolving version.

I made up a word for it. Lovechology. Because I needed a word that was big enough to hold all of it. The psychology of love in every form it takes. Romantic love. Singlehood. Friendships. Family. Intimacy. Loss. Second chances. Self-love. The connection that saved you. The one that showed you exactly who you were.

And I built a magazine around that word because I believed then and I believe even more now that stories heal people. That when someone reads their own experience in someone else's words, something shifts in them. They feel less alone. They feel seen. They feel like maybe they are going to be okay.

What Rebirth Means to Me

I named this issue the Rebirth Issue on purpose. Because that is exactly what this is.

Not a comeback. A rebirth. There is a difference.

A comeback implies you fell and you got back up. A rebirth means something had to die so that something better could emerge. And that is the truth of what happened with LoveChology. It had to pause. It had to go quiet. I had to do some things, become some things, and let go of some things before I could bring it back at this level.

What the Rebirth Issue Is Bringing

I could not be more proud of what we have built for this issue. A cover story that is going to stop you. A Black married couple, both military officers, a Que and a Delta, sharing their love story in a feature called United We Stand, In Love and in Service.

Real couples and real singles sharing stories that will make you feel something. Not the sanitized version. The real one. Her Story and His Story. X.E.S. our intimacy column. Hey Mr. DJ where readers dedicate songs to the people who changed their lives. And our Question of the Month for the Rebirth Issue: What had to die in you for the real you to be born?

I Need You In This

I need you to submit your story. If you are a couple, a single, someone who has been through a rebirth of any kind, go to lovechology.com and let us tell your story. The deadline for this issue is May 1st.

I need you to share this. Share the flyers. Share this post. Share the magazine link. Tell somebody who has a story that deserves to be told. This is a global magazine and I need global reach to match it.

I need you to join our mailing list at lovechology.com and follow us at lovechologymag on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

The Rebirth Issue drops in May. And we are just getting started.

With so much love,

LaTonya MeChelle
